'As the game gets closer to release, it's very helpful to get feedback from players as to what works and what does not.'

'The current version is a playtested and balanced version of the first half of the game (UFOs and Pirates). It has bugs that are currently being fixed and is missing major features like gamepad support and the quest system.

All features implemented besides the High Scores screen which is currently a placeholder.

Gameplay:

Player movement, combat, and upgrades are fully implemented.
Six of the eight player weapons are implemented.
Mining and looting is fully implemented.
Level progression is fully implemented.
Saving/Loading is fully implemented.
Enemy AI and art for the UFO and Pirate factions are fully implemented.
Enemy AI and art for the final two factions are not complete.
Levels 1-39 are implemented and playtested.
Levels 40-80 still require implementation.
