Miksi Early Access?

There are many features that we would like to still put into the final version of Hormone Wars. The game already contains 4 of the 8 planned biomes. We would like to also include ideas and feedback from the gamer community along the way to help drive the direction for the final product. By joining in early and showing support, players will be able to help shape the final release before too much is set in stone.

Decision to leave Early Access will depend on when both we and the players will be happy with the final result. Our goal is to leave Early Access in 2022.

We want to finish the existing features and balance the game, as well as a nice coat of polish to really make it shine. The key differences between the full game and Early Access are:

• A full game story
  
• 6-8 biomes with unique mechanics
  
• A randomly generated waves
  
• Dozens of buildings that can improve the lives of the residents
  
• 5-6 bosses !
  
• 10-14 types of base defensive towers that can be upgraded, yielding a huge inventory of towers and possible strategies
  
• 30-40 Story-based Missions
  
• 20-30 types of attacking enemies, that have unique attributes and abilities
  
• 60-100 achievements that are fun to complete, 30-40 of which will help you unlock new missions

The game is fully playable and polished as it is on many fronts, and the bar will continue to be held high as it is further developed to its full potential.
With the current systems and development in place, the game is already playable from beginning to end. Some of the systems available in the Early Access version:

• A starting tutorial system

• 8 types of base defensive towers that can be upgraded, yielding a huge inventory of towers and possible strategies
  
• 18 Story-based Missions
  
• 15 types of attacking enemies, that have unique attributes and abilities (With many levels for each of these types)
  
• 40 achievements that are fun to achieve

The game's base price might increase at the end of early access.
