'Pit of Ascension is a playable and quite fun, but to truly fulfill the vision I have for this game I want more bosses, more abilities, and some additional fun features that need more time in the oven. I want a community around this game to suggest features and changes so that the final release is the best that it can be. I plan to update frequently with new content so I can get features into the hands of my players and get feedback.'

'Currently there are 15 bosses to fight, and 15 abilities to fight them with. The game has an end, and can be beaten at this stage. It has replay value, but you will see repeat bosses if you do multiple runs.'

Over dit spel

Pit of Ascension is a boss battle roguelike, where the different abilities you pick up determine what boss you fight. Can you survive 10 fights to ascend and become the Champion of the Pit?

A Challenging Journey

Ascending is no easy task. When you die while challenging the pit, you'll have to restart from the very beginning. While death is expected, it's a learning opportunity. You'll find yourself dodging, jumping, and shooting through an eclectic collection of people, creatures, and even inanimate objects with unique attack patterns, quirks, and mechanics. You'll also learn to harness the power of each boss's unique ability, and master their use.

Every Run is Unique

From the bosses you fight to the abilities you obtain, each time you challenge the pit is a new experience. With powerful abilities that combine in interesting ways, you'll find yourself fighting the same boss differently from run to run.
