“Scoot is made by a solo developer, Matt. Therefore, being in early access helps fund development and keep the community involved with the development itself. It's also important to fine-tune Scoot's difficulty so that it feels good to both experienced players and new players.”

“As of January 2025, I expect Scoot to be in early acces for another year. Perhaps It could be sooner but I'd like to be realistic about how long it'll take to do what's left to do. However, please understand that, as a solo developer, it's very difficult to make these predictions as you never know what could happen/change throughout development.”

“The full version of Scoot is planned to contain a single open world map called "New Carven". In this world you will complete a large number of challenges in order to progress and unlock cosmetics.”

早期アクセスバージョンの現状はどうなっていますか？

“The current state of Scoot contains 2 small maps (Jumbo Jump Island, and New Carven) along with many core features like a replay editor, a park builder, customisation, and freeride multiplayer. There are also over 50 different tricks to perform, around 20 challenges to complete, and mod map support.”

“It's possible that's Scoot's price may increase throughout early access. Though the price will definitely increase for full release.”

Scoot is the most advanced scooter game ever made. With it's simcade physics, Scoot is satisfying, realistic, and accessible to everyone. Scooter riding gamers can rest easy now that their 10+ year long dream has finally been fulfilled.

Physics
Scoot's physics allows players to play however they want. Whether you're trying to gap a set of stairs, or do an insane trick over a mega ramp. You can do it all.

World
New Carven is the place to be if you've got a love for grinding ledges and getting technical. Plenty of street spots await you in this rider-friendly city. Street riding not really your thing? No problem! Jumbo Jump Island is a park from paradise. Hit the insane downhill course or see if you can make it all the way down the looping tunnel. Scoot offers a place for any style of riding.

Online Multiplayer
Feeling lonely? Or simply want to show off your skills? Head into Scoot's online mode and shred with up to 4 other players from around the world. If you'd prefer to just play with friends with no interruption, then that's not a problem. Scoot's online mode allows you to play in both public and private lobbies.

Park Builder
Big bowls, endless rails, long jumps. Scoot allows you to experience the skatepark you've always wanted with the in-game park builder. Pick from a large array of different elements and place them in whatever arrangement you please. The best part? You can share parks you've created with the community in our discord! Presenting players with endless different parks to ride.
