Why Early Access?

“We Are Releasing Mediterranean Assault in Early Access because we are a small independent developer and unfortunately we do not have the resources to fully test the game - but we also have a huge passion for the project and wish to build it into the full product we envisaged when designing the game.”

“We intend to develop Mediterranean Assault for at least the next 12 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of the game will feature a campaign mode taking the player through several phases of the Mediterranean theatre of operations during the Second World War, with a focus on British and American Soldiers.

In Addition we intend to add new weapons and vehicles, more maps for the current skirmish mode and full voice dialogue. We intend to post an update on every Friday beginning February 26th - focusing on bug fixes and gameplay improvement.

The first update to the game within a month of Early Access release will include a range of vehicles from Tanks to Jeeps.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the game provides the player with the ability to play three maps in Mediterranean Assaults 'Skirmish Mode'. Here the players are deployed to a large land battle involving numerous soldiers where they must help their side take control of the battlefield by capturing buildings and objectives while destroying enemy placements.

The Player has the ability to command a squad of soldiers, which they must use to outsmart and outflank enemy positions. We intend to post an update on every Friday beginning February 26th - focusing on bug fixes and gameplay improvement.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We intend to review the state of the games development six months on from release as we plan double the Early Access price upon full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are hoping the community can provide constructive feedback on any area of the game. As we continue to develop the game we welcome the suggestion of features from the community but we cannot guarantee the inclusion of such suggestions.
