為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「One reason is because the game needs more content and polish to be considered a full product but also I would like to involve the community and get feedback from the players regarding the direction this project should take. Should I give priority to a feature over others? should I take the game into a completely different direction? only the players can answer these questions.」

「The 1.0 version should be released during 2024.」

「Final version will have more combat depth, content and polish. Mostly new soldier classes and weapons, new enemy types, new combat scenarios and a new sandbox mode.
I would also like to add more features like ship combat, deserters that you can hunt and other stuff.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「When the Early Access version is released I'll have basic features like combat, star map exploration, randomized events and basic customization.
Players will be able to play a whole procedural campaign but content variety will be a bit limited, I hope to fix that during the EA process.」

「Yes, depending of how many new features are added the price of the final release may increase.」

「I hope to receive feedback mainly through the Steam forums and my e-mail and Twitter account. I also want to post articles on Steam not only to show patch information but also to ask about possible changes.」

Void Marauders puts you in command of a pirate space ship and its crew. Recruit soldiers, arm them and lead them into tactical turn based battles against alien, robotic and human forces. Board or destroy ships, assault installations and colonies and loot your way across the stars to become the most infamous pirate of the sector.
Loot and pillage enemy ships and installations, sell your well earned loot in space trading stations and improve your ship and equipment. Remember to save something for your soldiers though, pirates and mercenaries will be loyal to you as long as you pay them or you could risk desertion, a mutiny or being thrown through an airlock.

  • Manage a ship and its crew. Recruit soldiers from different classes and species.
  • Lead your soldiers in turn based tactical battles against human, alien and robotic enemies.
  • Play a procedural campaign for great replayability.
  • Loot and pillage enemy ships and installations.
  • Trade your loot and buy new equipment and upgrades.
  • Manage the loyalty of your crew and hunt down any deserters and traitors.
  • Find and capture the legendary ship The Omen to become Pirate King.
