Waarom vroegtijdige toegang?

'A World of Little Legends is an ambitious project. It is therefore important to get a lot of feedback from the community to deliver a result that offers the best possible gameplay. Many ideas and feedback already went into the development. With the Early Access the time has come to extend this to a larger community. In addition, some complex expansions are planned, which will accompany the common path of development for a long time. Until a full version is available, there would be a too long waiting period for many who would like to play Little Legends and/or gift it.'

'An exact date is hard to name. There are some big features on the to-do list, especially multiplayer support. The time until the full version is available will therefore probably take two years or more. During this time, however, there will be regular playable updates.'

Wat is de huidige staat van de versie met vroegtijdige toegang?

'The Early Access of Little Legends includes the most important features for a well-rounded premature gaming experience. The basic resource and crafting system is available to build your own base. Also plant growth and animals for a sustainable game world. The world is built randomly procedurally, based on world seeds, and therefore offers a different experience every time. Food helps to survive in the world and the basics for the combat system as well as first enemies and special places to explore are implemented.

Also, one of the most important features is already available: The individual creation of your little legend (game character).'

Zal het spel anders geprijsd worden tijdens en na vroegtijdige toegang?

'At the moment we assume that the Early Access price will be lower than the full version. If possible, the community will also be included in the pricing.'

'All development of Little Legends takes place live on Twitch. Along with the Steam Community Hub, live stream interaction is the most important tool for engaging the community in the development process.'

Story

You visit the fair and come across a wonderful snow globe. But when you touch it, you find yourself in a peculiar environment. Before you lies a path to explore that raises puzzles but also leads you into a new world. Upon arrival, you discover resources, animals, and plants, and you can build a cozy life. Interlaced with ancient ruins, this world also holds clues about an ancient civilization, and some encounters in your new home require your combat skills.

Discover ancient paths

Follow the magic bridges through the Rift and find your snow globe world. However, something is not right here. This odd place is riddled with strange scars and lost souls of a long forgotten time. What happened here in the past?

Use helpful tools

Dig up the ground and irrigate fields to make your plants thrive. Cut down trees, pound stone and mine ores in the procedurally generated world to unlock new recipes. In large and small ruins you can find more useful items for your journey.

Grow your crops

During your adventures you will find different plants, which you can cultivate on your fields. Bake bread and apple pie or cook honey carrots. A welcome refreshment for new construction projects.

Craft items

From stoves to crafting tables, you can process the world's resources into countless items. Craft sturdier picks to crack harder rocks, new equipment to roam the world more safely, and many decorations for your new home.

Be Fearless

Some dangers in the world are greater than expected. Prepare well and cleanse corrupted places from the Rift Guardians, for they may one day be the key to returning home.
