“MicroFactory still has a whole journey ahead and will be at least one year in Early Access,
However, numerous updates will be made along the way until the game is ready to go into Full Release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The fun. The core of MicroFactory is to have a cooperative/competitive experience.
- To can play with or against your friends.
- To use mods made by other people, that will improve your experience.
- To compete against big NPC Companies.
And a lot more.
At the moment, MicroFactory have a lonely singleplayer experience. So, you are going to feel a completely different game when all of this is fully working.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Almost all of the main mechanics are in place. You can have fun by yourself building your company, creating assembly lines and releasing your products.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will probably increase after Early Access.”

About This Game

MicroFactory is a factory tycoon game where you can create your company, setup assembly lines and start manufacturing your electronics products,
Your adventure starts on a unique island. Feel free to explore it and reach other islands!

Start building your base! Collect resources, craft machines and decorations to keep improving your factory!

Lore

You play as a genius engineer that was sailing to another continent in search of recognition for your newest project. The trip didn't go well, and you happened to be stranded in an uncharted island.

Nothing is able to stop you. You decided to put yourself to work and recreate everything from the ground up.

Starting from nothing, gather resources, create a solid base to start working on your dream projects. After you create communication devices, you decide to not leave the island, and show to the world your accomplishments.

Each world is different

The world is yours. You decide what you want to make.
Everything is connected and your progress influences the future of your world too.

You need a computer to start ordering products online. You can create your own, or buy components from other companies. The performance of your computer will influence the speed and consumption.

If you discover a new technology, you can patent it so other companies also use it, thus increase the scale of your business.

Market

There are a tons of products that you can make. But keep in mind that you have competition.

You should always take a look at what people are looking for. As the times goes on, you build reputation and people will not expect bad quality products.
