Miksi Early Access?

Frogworld is being launched in Early Access in order to create the best possible experience for users. I will be gathering feedback from early users to help shape the eventual full release as well as future NatureSims volumes.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Approximately 3-6 months

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

My current plan for the full version includes:

* Performance improvements
* Improved visuals and natural environments that are more realistic and immersive
* Improved player movement mechanics
* Improved spatial audio
* More obstacles and predators
* Full support for Vive and Index (currently in beta testing), in addition to Oculus Touch (fully tested)

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Frogworld is currently in a fully playable state featuring three separate scenes/levels. Estimated play through time is approximately 45-60 minutes.

Please note that Frogworld has been fully tested with the Oculus Rift/S Touch. Controller support for the Valve Index and HTC Vive has been built-in, but is currently untested. The game also requires SteamVR to be installed.

Experience a day in the life of a common bullfrog.

Your home environment is being polluted. The very water in which you live is becoming poisonous to the touch. To live another day, you will need to find a new, healthier ecosystem.

The journey will not be easy! Your creek is home to many natural predators and other obstacles–-all of which you will need to pass to find your new home.

It’s a big day for a little frog.

Frogworld is the first release from NatureSims, an indie studio dedicated to building first-person VR experiences that bring users closer to nature. Please note that the game requires a compatible VR headset and SteamVR to be installed on your computer for the headset and controllers to work properly.
