Mountain and Sea Raiders is a puzzle, monster-fighting and level-clearing game that combines time-travel wuxia elements with those from The Classic of Mountains and Seas. It tells the adventure story of a righteous young man from the modern era who, while being bullied along with his classmates, accidentally falls into an ancient well, activates a time portal, and travels back to ancient times.

After the time travel, the protagonist gains mysterious spiritual power and gradually improves his martial arts through continuous practice. However, he encounters various exotic monsters from The Classic of Mountains and Seas in the ancient world. Players will control this character to step into the chaotic time and space. The core gameplay revolves around "growth + level-clearing": defeat monsters to upgrade the character's attributes, and each level-up expands health points, spiritual power and martial arts value; at the same time, collect food, gold coins and scrolls in the scene, which are used to increase health points, mental strength and basic strength respectively, comprehensively enhancing combat effectiveness.
