XM1（通用汽车）

XM-1 (GM) 是 M1 艾布拉姆斯坦克原型机，通用汽车公司的竞赛型号。该型坦克搭载柴油动力系统和混合底盘，每侧六个车轮，三个使用液压悬架，三个使用扭力杆式悬架。它的主武器系统为 105 毫米口径带膛线的 M68 加农炮。XM-1 携带 55 枚炮弹，拥有多种射程不同的炮弹供选择：尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹、碎甲弹、非回转尾翼稳定破甲弹和烟雾弹。XM-1 (GM) 搭载动力达 1500 匹马力的柴油引擎，XM-1 (C) 搭载燃气轮机，因此，坦克的最高时速可达 80 公里/小时。提速快，驾驶体验好。
