Miksi Early Access?

Early Access allows me to get my game out there in an early stage, where I can take on feedback and suggestions, and work on and implement them from the beginning. I believe the best way to make a good game is to make a game that people want to play, rather than one I think people will buy.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Until it's ready. Once the game is fully playable and bug free with a decent amount of content i think my plan will be to release out of EA and start working as a live service model, or releasing periodic "expansions".

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version will be determined by the community/feedback/suggestions. It will differ a lot. Soon after release into early access, ironing out any bugs that come up with the base mechanics, i'll be overhauling the entire visual side of the game to bring it up to the standard i'm capable of.

Pretty quickly, i want to learn how to, and then add a lot of the steam functionality such as Steam achievements, Steam cloud saves, and Steam stats. There are a lot of additional features i would like to go down with this game, though i'm trying to leave it completely open so that i can really build a game that's been shaped by a community, rather than just me.

Base mechanics that are in the game on EA release;

The price of Surviving Isolation will increase upon leaving Early Access and at several points during development.

i will be taking on any and all feedback, through the community discussions, reviews and in the dedicated discord server for the game (which you can find in the discussions or in the extra links), in order to build the game around the community and those who have supported me. :)
