The one button mechanic was made to help create a one of a kind game, as well as trying to simplify the bullet hell and shoot em up high level mechanics to any kind of player.
As a result we fused shooter, rhythm, arcade, retro, and more in this Dante's inferno meets Philippine Horror bullet-hell.
It known to be the one of the most handcrafted, polished and finely detailed three-man indie game in existence despite being in early access.

A Loveletter to Video Games and Philippines' Culture

Good Knight is made from the Philippines thus is full of local monsters, mythology, and history you have to seen in any video game.
Fight PHILIPPINE HORRORS and history in this one-of-a-kind game!
The story of Good Knight hopes to show everything cool and loveable about our culture.
The lore is well researched as it was inspired by Filipino history, literature, precolonial and postcolonial culture.
We had our university scholar friends help us! And of course ourselves just by loving it!
We cant also wait to know if you figure out the small bits and pieces of literature, games, and music we added to express our love to the things we adore!

Polished and handcrafted to perfection!

For the patterns alone it took Alex, takes TWO HOURS to make SIX SECONDS of true hell's gameplay in this more than EIGHT HOURS game.
And more than that Zaid and Ramon took so much time to work on the art and music of the game!
We're just a team of three with tons of help from our assistants and community.
