Why Early Access?

“Early access is a unique opportunity that Steam provides for all of us.
You can familiarize yourself with the game before the official release and support the project.
And also you can express your opinion, wishes, ideas or just interesting memories, we will consider all your suggestions, and some of them may be introduced with updates.
At the moment, the game contains a small number of episodes, but in the long-term perspective the number of episodes will be increased.
This is due to the fact that in the basic version of the game, identifying and eliminating errors is much easier.
In the future, the number of episodes will increase swiftly.
The game used photogrammetry, various innovations and technologies, the results from the implementation of which are not always possible to fully predict.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Presumably, this period will be about 6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Currently, Naturalist Stories has a minimal set of functions and mechanisms that are necessary for the game to function normally and be interesting.
The full version will differ from the early access version in the number and quality of missions. In missions, tasks will be finalized, functions and mechanisms proposed by the community will be added, and found bugs will be fixed.
And also in the full version of the game achievements will be added received in the game.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The foundation of the game is laid. The game has a house, a nursery, an outbuildings. In the house you can see the awards received, birds, animals whose insects you discovered while completing tasks will appear in the territory of the nursery. In the territory of the nursery there is also a museum building in the gallery of which will appear from the photograph from completed missions.
Upon completion of the mission, you get a reward in the form of medals or badges which, as mentioned above, then there appear in the house. In the nursery, animals that you caught or saved will appear, and in the gallery the last photo taken during the mission

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The cost of the game will gradually increase after fixing bugs, adding new content, episodes and features.”

About This Game

We move on the planet with great speed and do not notice it.
From birth, we strive for the new - the mysterious and the unknown.
The traveler’s own soul calls you on the road again and again.
And again you incase your backpack and now you are moving along the road of fate through unknown fields, meadows and forests to meet adventures.
Nature hides many mysteries, you have to get acquainted with amazing animals and insects, study their behavior and habitat

Naturalist Stories - This game is first-person, here you have to carry out scientific tasks and experiments from the Research Center and the University of Zoology as a young researcher.
According to the plot of the game, you own a nursery with an abandoned house and other buildings.
Your photographs will be posted in a special gallery and animals will also appear in the adjacent nursery after the mission is completed.

Badges and awards
For completing the mission you will receive rewards - medals and badges. They will appear on a special stand at home and you can always see them.

Here are posted your photos that will be made during the missions.
Nursery
After completing the tasks, animals or other representatives of the animal world will be added to the nursery.
Nature
Beautiful and picturesque landscapes will be a nice bonus when completing missions.
Photogrammetry
The game presents real pictures of trees, grass and other objects of flora and fauna.
