Miksi Early Access?

We're dedicated to making Dreadtides the best game it can possibly be. To do that we need the support of a community to provide suggestions, feedback and critique to help us shape the game into becoming something truly special.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Until it's good enough. Our current timeline estimates 4-6 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The completed game will have expanded scope, and a greater variety of monsters, including monster Generals that will greatly change how monsters behave.

Players will be able to modify terrain, and have more options for personalization.

We will create a deeper unit system, and allow the training and creation of special units. The player will be able to build magical equipment to outfit their units, progress through skill-trees, and train unique heroes.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The game is fully playable and stable, has a complete playcycle and depth in all key areas.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The game’s price will increase after early access. We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.

Dreadtides is a strategy game with a focus on citybuilding and combat set in a fantasy world that has fallen to a magical corruption. This apocalypse has consumed all other life, transforming people and animals into nightmarish creatures that further spread corruption. These monsters have discovered you, the last remaining survivors, and now your people must fight for their survival.

Push back the corruption, and explore the lands where your ancestors once thrived. Discover resources, explore ruins, defend supply lines, and build factories to create the materials needed to defend your people. Expand your city, build defences, and train units capable of defeating corrupted monsters. Then, once you've amassed enough strength, take the fight to the enemy, and purge the corruption from this world.
