What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I want to develop a Fantasy RPG, building village in open world game like a mix of World of Warcraft and Warcraft in a different perspective. There are many interesting systems and still need the opinion of the general players. I see that EA is in the best position to do something like this. We can test the game system and ask for feedback from the players.
The Early Access version is for those who are interested in supporting the project and are ready to accept the change of the balance within the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I expect the game to be in EA Version until the balance of the game is stabilized and all faction, Orc, Elf, Dwarf, Mage, Troll characters and building, has been added completely. I expect everything to be done by 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I use EA Version for testing system and gameplay, and keeping feedback from players to improve the balance and mechanics, so I think there is no fixed direction for full version.
I intend to add more character type of each faction and adding story mode and lot of weapon, tool and armor. Expand the map. This is the obvious change compared to EA Version.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently offers a single-player Adventure Mode with 5 land available for building villages and 3 enemy Goblin village, including main feature; for example, build village system, hunting animals Deer, wolf and bear, manage villagers profession, you can assign different job like woodcutter, hunter, miner, farmer, baker, blacksmith and soldier.
There are no main storymode right now.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will be releasing the site with the update of the game, Facebook page and Steam Community: Discussions for inquiries and feedback from major players.”

About This Game

Alek The Lost Kingdom is a game set in an open world accompanied by a young man named Alek. This young man will change the world of Zarabon forever. In this adventure, you must rebuild the world of Zarabon in your image. Village must be reconstructed by you so you can begin production lines with the aid of your villagers.

Alek lives in a world populated by 2 races. We can find in the world of Zarabon humans and Goblin (orcs, dwarves, troll, mage and elves will be added later). Alek will be the hero of the humans. Alek The Lost Kingdom allows you to create alliances and to wage war against other factions. Each of the factions possess their own unique arms and armors. The factions will continually develop with the game progression. The world of Zarabon will change to your image.

In the world of Zarabon, you can create woodcutter hut buildings to cut trees. Your villagers will deliver the wood to the general store. You can also create some hunter buildings for meat and leather hunted by your villagers. The meat will be indispensable to nourish your people. The leather will also be very useful in crafting armors. You can create mining quarry in which your miners will gather minerals. Those minerals are important to craft arms, armors and shields. The construction of farms allows your villagers to gather wheat. You can mill the wheat into flour. Your bakers can cook some amazing bread for your villagers.

In Alek The Lost Kingdom, you must protect your city against your enemies and marauders. It is important to create barracks to recruit soldiers to defend yourself. Your soldiers will always be your army to attack the enemy. You must also well protect your village by building walls and towers manned by your archers.

Commerce will be important in the world of Zarabon. You can sell your excess resources and buy dwindling ones with neighboring cities. This commerce allows you to convert your excess into gold. Gold remains indispensable to maintain a strong economy and army. Your trades can create importants political impacts towards neighboring factions. Commerce allows the establishment of very beneficial relationships with other factions. It can lead to strong alliances which grants access to usually restricted resources.

Alek The Lost Kingdom will continue to evolve and grow. We hope to add to this game in time. We wish you a warm welcome to our community and to Zarabon!!!
