“SANCTION is in Early Access because we want to get feedback on features and balancing before the game is released so we can make it as fun and polished as possible. Without Early Access it would take me much longer to get the game into a polished state.”

“The game will stay in Early Access until Q4 2023 at the earliest.”

“In the full version, I will scale up the whole game with more weaponry, loot, and structures to find. With this, I will add factions and reputations as well as specific endings depending on your most reputable faction.”

“The game's current state is somewhat polished for the features already in. It still has hours of content and fun to be had. The only problem with the current version is the lack of multiple endings.”

“I'm planning on updating everyone on many different platforms including the Steam Community. I will be very transparent about what I'm working on and show pictures and videos of progress before the updates. I will try and read all feedback left on the game and take it all into consideration.”

HOW TO SURVIVE

In your desperate quest for survival, you must rummage through the trash piles of bygone lives—abandoned heaps of leftover supplies and the desolate remains of structures that once thrived. Within this bleak hellscape, food and water, are as scarce as hope itself. But beware—the lack of clean air left on the surface. Air filters are your lifelines. To replenish them, seek out supply drops, barter with merchants, or brave the fallen bodies of those who scavenged before you.

LIFE FOUND WITHIN THE FOG

Amidst the wasteland, you’ll encounter factions and merchants. They seek goods, and in return, they offer supplies and equipment. Always carry a weapon for defence against the vast amount of new 'life' found upon the surface. This includes Spirit-Walkers, a lifeless body mutated by the chemical warfare that took place many years ago. These creatures have adapted to grow wings and can terraform the earth around them, be wary as they roam for sustenance such as yourself.
