「都市伝説 「犬鳴村」のベースとも言われ，有名な心霊スポットとして福岡に実在するトンネル「犬鳴隧道（旧犬鳴トンネル）」を舞台にしたホラーアドベンチャーゲームだ。トンネルの構造は本作独自の解釈で再現されたものだが，画質の悪いビデオカメラ目線なのも相まって，トンネルの内のおどろおどろしい雰囲気はしっかりと引き出されており，ゲームなのに寒気すら感じられる。」

Inunaki tunnel (or Inunaki village), which literally translates to howling dog tunnel, is a real place located in the Miyawaka town, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It is a famous horror spot where people have been killed or burnt to death.

After many trespassers, the tunnel is now sealed with concrete blocks. It is said that Japanese law does not apply beyond the entrance of Inunaki. It’s considered to be the most horrifying place in Kyushu and countless horror stories are born from the place.
