Why Early Access?

“I am a full time solo developer and Worldless: Mercenaries is a management game focused on interactions between players’ behaviors and the complex environment to create different storylines that players can derive amusement from the unknown. It's a sandbox game that allow players to create more content with in-game tools. That is, players would not play based on linear storyline but open-ended situation to move on.
Feedbacks and supports from community will allow me to keep all my attention on developing the game’s core mechanics and features instead of createing a cat with nine heads.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“With the current plans roughly 18 months. But it will be in Early Access until it’s ready. This is a Marathon not a sprint. After all, this is not a disposable commercial product. I'm always thinking what other features can be added into the game based on feedbacks from the community.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“You can find the roadmap on game website.
It will vary frequently, depending on feedback from the community.
Extensive equipment and potion crafting system, friendly in-game content editor are my current priorities. I want to be resilient and adjust myself to the flows so I will stay alert to any feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version of Worldless: Mercenaries is buggy, not fully balanced and still being revised. It requires feedback and support from community to perfect. I will focus on constant improvement in the early stage of Early Access.

  • Creatures: 5 Classes, 77 Skills, 106 Creatures
  • Environment: Wildlife populations influenced by seasonal factors and overhunting.
  • Equipment and Items: Non-template alchemy system, over 100 miscellaneous items gained through dismembered creatures

“Yes, I Planning to gradually increase the price during Early Access.”

“The community feedback is crucial in the direction and development of Worldless: Mercenaries. I will stay alert to any feedback. To provide feedback or report bugs, you can use Steam Discussion Boards or Discord.”

About This Game

Worldless: Mercenaries is a fantasy-themed strategy and management game.
Recruit, hire, equip and manage your mercenaries. Send them to explore the world, hunt treasures and trade among cities. They might find a dragon - or be found.

Develop Your Own Team

Recruit and hire characters with different classes, maximize team performance and assign task to them.

Alchemy and Forge

All equipment and potions are unique in Worldless: Mercenaries.
Combine, concentrate or dilute any potions or ingredients you want.
Forge a war-hammer with 60% silver, 10% copper and 30% gold. Why not?

Environment Factors

Wildlife populations vary significantly based on both natural and human factors like weather, seasons, overhunting...etc. Keep an eye on those factors and schedule properly for your team.
