'XSOverlay is considered Early Access because there are features I intend to implement after release that aren't in yet.

It's currently a fully functional Desktop Overlay application, and provides a lot of features that competitors don't, however, it does lack some, such as Layout saving, and things similar to that. This is why it is marked as early access.
