Why Early Access?

“As a two person studio of college students we are excited to get this product out in to the world and get some experience. While we have created or sketched the majority of our games systems and levels we need a broader audience to help us polish some more of the more difficult concepts such as puzzle and story design.

We are committed to finishing our game and are convinced that it will be made better by involving you, we look forward to receiving your feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We hope to wrap up the first story arc by January 2020, multiplayer is a bit more complicated and may take a little longer. When both are completed we will exit early access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Currently we plan the full version to have Multiplayer, the full Mob-Bert story line and one or two seasonal rooms. Personal leader boards will certainly be implemented and we hope to integrate Steam leader boards for a fuller experience.


Additionally we plan to offer a commercial licence when the first full Arc is completed.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently we have one room, the first in the Mob-Bert story arc ready to play, the second room in the story Arc and a seasonal room for Halloween should be completed by the end of October. Expect about thirty minutes to an hour of play time per room, depending upon the players familiarity with escape rooms and the VR environment.

Keep in mind that rooms have an amount of replay ability due to the procedural nature of clues.

NOTE: While not an actual "feature" we here at Flying Escape Kick Studios have found it very enjoyable to watch our family and friends attempt to solve our escape rooms. We highly suggest that you give them all the "hints" they ask for.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will have price increases when we complete the following mile stones
- Multiplayer
- The First Story Arc

after both of those have been completed we will release Suka's Escape as a completed product.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We hope to hear from the community on the difficulty of puzzles, the quality of our story, and the effectiveness of our procedural clue generation. Using your input we hope to improve those aspects of our game.

About This Game

We follow the worlds leading escape room expert as he gets suckered in to one situation after another of increasing improbability and general ridiculousness. Learn the secrets of the Mob-Bert family, the true escape room meanings of several prominent holidays and in time many more unusual situations.

Do to the unreliability of Suka's memories [his brain was in quite the state when we harvested them for this museum piece] clues and puzzles are known to change slightly from experience to experience. Some users have reported that the neural matrix will even try and adjust for inconsistency's between scenarios leading to ..... unusual results.
