Miksi Early Access?

Neighborhood is in a good enough place to start getting some feedback on game play elements. There's also certainly some bugs I haven't noticed so there's that. I'm basically looking to make this game as good as possible.

Look, I'm a one person dev team here so any number of hold ups can arise. Having said that, I am looking to build a team relatively soon. My estimate and overall goal to complete Neighborhood is 12-18 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The current early access build is a prototype. It shows all of the features of the game and how they work together. It's missing more worlds to travel to and an actual story. I plan to add more characters, stages, story elements, weapons, skills, outfits, you name it.

I'd call this an alpha build at the moment. The game works well enough to (hopefully) completely play through.

Currently, you can play though the entirely of one "world". This means, you have access to 3 areas with an assortment of enemies and bosses as well as various shops. You can also earn Gummy to purchase items and new moves.

There are 6 playable characters and 4 player co-op is currently supported.

I do plan to increase the cost as development continues, but I have a set amount in mind that I do not want to cross. I'm aiming for a low price on this at its maximum

I take every bit of feedback seriously. Any complaint or concern about how something works is something I will listen to. Whether or not I apply it to the game will largely depend on if it makes sense to the intention of my original design or not.

I am also slowly building a highly customizeable moveset for each character and I am very open to request or suggestions for new player skills.
