After fainting and waking up in the infirmary, they discover rumors about an entity that causes nightmares and disappearances. With the help of the mysterious Hideo Ito and the Mysteries and Secrets club, led by Nozomi Hashimoto, the girls investigate these events. As they delve deeper into the mystery, they must overcome their fears and challenges, seeking to solve the enigma that threatens to consume them all.
