Why Early Access?

“Early access is an excellent starting point to continue the development of Helicopter Simulator according to your expectations. You will be able to exchange with us by sharing your comments or suggestions via Steam or social networks. This has been the case with the community that has been following us for several months and thanks to their feedback, notable improvements, such as the ultra-realistic flight model and volumetric clouds for example, have been made. We have also been asked to model certain types of helicopters and specific missions. It is important for us to know which features to prioritize for the final version.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“For an estimated duration of 6 to 18 months depending on community returns.
The game will be in early access until all major features of the game are available.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Here is the list of features to be added:
  • Extra helicopters.
  • Additional missions with their corresponding functionalities.
  • Detailed graphics.
  • Mission editor.
  • SDK helicopters.

Information will be communicated twice a month to know the evolution of the final version of Helicopter Simulator.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early-access version currently offers:
  • An island of 40 km².
  • A yacht.
  • Free flight.
  • Photo mode.
  • The tutorial to get used to the game.
  • 3 career missions.
  • 4 Training missions.
  • The possibility to customize your helicopter.
  • Joystick, joystick and pedal support.
  • A complete flight model.
    (Auto Rotation does not yet have support for beginner players).
