What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We hope that we can help our potential players play our game in advance. At the same time, we will not only investigate the feedback from players, but also adopt the suggestions from players to make our game experience better.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“6 to 8 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Compared with the EA version, the full version will contain a large number of brand new stories, maps and weapons. On top of that, in order to enrich the player’s game manipulations, the full version will add not only some brand new characters, but also some new play mechanisms.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At present, the EA version has already accomplished the main combat system and the map content framework in Chapter 1. The EA version also will include some story lines in charter 1. Some main features like items synthesis and attributes will be available in the game in 1 to 2 months. Although the game is not complete, the core of the game experience has already shaped up. In the current version, some maps lack the model effect which do not affect the player’s normal play. A part of the main features, like item synthesis and attributes, are temporarily missing and will be updated in 1 to 2 months.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“More importantly, we will not change the price after the end of the EA version.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“On top of that, we have an official group to receive comments from players, and we will also have group votes and questionnaires regularly.”

About This Game

Mithral Gun: Biomechanical is a single-player game of action survival. It tells the story of a dispute between robots and humans at the end of the 24th century, in which players as BIOs of mechanical girls survived in the battlefield.

Game play is based on survival and combat. Unlike traditional survival games, players control robots without food and water, they need power and energy; the damage of robots can not be recovered naturally, they need to find materials to repair, but also can make more detailed modifications.

The background of the game is in the period of war between man and robot. As the protagonist of robots and human and robotic forces are in a hostile state, players need to survive in a war zone full of hostile forces, or become friends with one force, relying on other forces to survive.

Players can find all kinds of weapons and equipment available in the ruins. Weapons themselves have durability settings, each repair will gradually reduce the durability limit, which requires a reasonable arrangement of the use of weapons and material consumption, through a variety of tactical ways to solve the enemy.

The game contains certain random elements. Every time a player starts a new game, the map changes: for example, the location of the NPC and the safe house changes randomly, and enemies in some areas also differ.
