為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Early Access is a fundamental step in the development of OUTBRK. Putting the game in the hands of passionate players to gather early feedback is an invaluable step of game creation. The additional funds will help us achieve the true vision we have for the game, push the quality of the game, add all the features we want to add, and improve performances so that players with lower-end PCs can also chase storms.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「It’s very hard to estimate at this point, we don’t want to rush too fast to 1.0, nor want to stay in early access unnecessarily long. OUTBRK is still very early in its production cycle, and we want to add a lot more features, cars, car accessories, polish and bug fixes. Our primary focus is to keep our game scope in control for 1.0, deliver new content that players want, and improve stability and performance.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「The full version of OUTBRK will have a lot more online and coop functionalities, lot more customization options for cars and characters, more storm scenarios variety and obviously better optimization and debugging.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The Early Access version of OUTBRK currently represents what we consider the “minimum viable product” of the game. The complete game loop can be played from start to finish, online, on dedicated servers, using our innovating scientifically accurate storm scenario system, and players can purchase and customize their cars and characters. We integrated basic settings such as graphical, sound and language settings, and more advanced accessibility settings such as controller and steering wheel support and keybind remapping.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「We’re not currently planning any price increase for OUTBRK. We’ve been transparent about our eventual plans to add cosmetic microtransactions in the future to help alleviate our dedicated server’s infrastructure costs, but our short-term plans are very much focused on increasing the main-game content offer before exploring this.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「Our community has been involved in the development process we launched our Kickstarter back in February 2020 and we’re not planning to stop! We’re publishing monthly development newsletters on Steam, all our development plans and process is public on Trello (https://trello.com/b/nsBmMfIa/outbrk-game) and we have dedicated questions channels on our Discord (https://discord.gg/outbrk) where we do our best to answer every question despite our very busy development schedule.」
