Miksi Early Access?

There a lot of stuff that needs to be polished, implemented and figured out.
The leaderboards is one of the things that needs to be implemented.
The level design is one of the things that need to be figured out since there can be all kinds of different level designs. It's gonna be adjusted according to the feedback.
The colors and the UI need to be polished

A few months max.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Better levels: more interesting levels, level difficulty adjusted to user feedback.
Achievements: add achievements
Leaderboards: must have leaderboards!

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The gameplay is fully functioning.
All of the features (with exception of the leaderboards) are already implemented and working.
There currently are 32 (test?) levels which I'm planning to increase in the final version.
UI elements and other things that are not effecting the gameplay need polishing.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Currently there are no plans to make any of the content of this game for money

The game design needs to be figured out. I need to figure out what the players like and what they don't like. Any type of suggestions that you think will make the game better, please tell them. I want to tailor the game experience according to what the players will like to see. So I encourage you to discuss your thoughts in the discussion board.

SlipSlop is a minimalistic one button platformer game where all you can do is jump and your goal is to go from platform to platform till you reach the top in as short of a time as possible.

It sounds simple, but all the platforms behave differently and add a lot of variety and puzzle elements, and can make the game difficulty be all over the place.

There are 3 main types of platform material: platforms with little friction; frictionless; and sticky (100% friction) platforms.
The said platforms can have multiple behaviours: they can move both ways or one way or be static; they can disappear; destroy on touch; and they can be accelerator platforms.
The speed, size and range of the platforms is also a put in the equation.

All these variables can not only make each level a completely different puzzle from the previous one, but each level can be completed in several different ways which can make the game quite challenging if you are after the high score.

Also, the start menu is an infinite level to help you warm up and practice :)

Because the levels can have all sorts of variety and difficulty I would greatly appreciate it if you gave me some feedback about what kind of levels you prefer.
