Hvorfor tidlig tilgang?

«We are working with many different fluent speaking elders from many different communities to verify each Kanien’kéha dialect (Mohawk Language word) origins and it is a very slow process. Kakwitene VR is also part of a much larger Endangered Language Revival & Retention project that is researching the validity of VR’s claims to speed up the time required to learn a new topic and to increase memory retention. Early access allows us to adapt our content & provide it to other communities to re-use for their own endangered language revival & retention projects.

Endangered Languages typically have more elderly fluent speakers with few or no younger (tech savvy) speakers. We have found community collaboration works best when we can show the fluent speaking elders what we are building, our intentions for the language revival & retention and give them plenty of space and non-rushed time to provide their input in the final outcomes of the Endangered Language Revival & Retention software products.

Early Access provides us with resources to support the fluent speakers and the technical production teams to continue working on these projects.»
