« NOISETUBE is still in an experimental phase, and there are much more visual ideas to be explored with it. It also might not work perfectly across all VR platforms yet. »

« The battle plan is to provide active updates over the course of 1 year. »

« The goals of the finished version are:
  • More varied & unique visuals- adding more geometry and live effects to make every listen as special as possible
  • Polished the rough spots in the UI
  • Adding support for more music formats like m4a, ogg, & flac
  • Support for common VR headsets, and possibly also a NonVR mode
  • Adding new functionality and visuals suggested from the community

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« It works on Rift & Vive devices, but has not been fully tested for functionality on other headsets (like Windows MR).
The UI flow is functional, but could be improved.
Music formats currently supported are MP3 & WAV (with plans to expand)
The procedural visuals are in their first iteration, with hopes of adding more themes and variations to make every viewing truly exotic. »

« The price will definitely rise after leaving Early Access. »

« Your involvement will be absolutely essential to push NOISETUBE forward to create a truly unique experience. Community feedback on what songs work great and what songs don't work as well, will help to fine-tune NOISETUBE to support a wider range of music. We'd love for the community to take an active role in guiding the vision of NOISETUBE. We encourage you to give feedback and suggestions for the visuals.
Also, discovering any issues with less-common VR headsets will be incredibly valuable.

NOISETUBE is a virtual reality & music visual experience. Feed it a song, space out, and be whisked away into a unique geometric journey.

Maybe you've encountered this feeling in real life: driving down the highway, or riding a bike, and the song you're listening to just somehow feels perfectly in sync. NOISETUBE aims to capture this emotion of barrelling through space at just the right speed based on the intensity of the song.

NOISETUBE is powered by feeding it a music file from your computer and it generates an ever expanding tunnel for you to be shot through in space.
