Laki knows the fate of the outcasts firsthand: beastmen disappear if they are close to him. To break this curse, Laki travels to the Dead Forest, a place from which almost no one has ever returned. But who will be the key to the secrets of his fate and the mysteries of the forest? A shaman and keeper of destinies, a ghost of the past, or a young magician who lost his way home? And who is the mysterious stranger, Claude, accompanying Laki on his journey?

A curious lynx who, by the will of fate, is drawn to the Dead Forest. He needs to find a magical spring to get rid of his curse, but more than one obstacle will appear in his way.
