„This is unknown as the scope of the game has grown. Early Access will be left once the game is considered feature complete, not necessarily "finished".“

„We want a long lasting experience. A fully functioning questing system with a leveling system. A few maps with different loot and difficulties for different levels, also PvE maps. A simple yet effective shop that's easy to navigate through. Many different ships, weapons, and ammo types with different side effects. More features to evade combat like mine carpets are planned. Guilds, and "classes" based on the actions you took will be added too. We also want to add different designs so no 2 people have to look the same. We also look forward in multiple language support.“

„The game has been completely overhauled. The current EA version could be considered a different game compared to the current post-production build.“

„It will be Free2Play! How will money be made? Pay2Skin! The entire experience of the base game is going to be free, anything that directly affects gameplay (i.e. stats) will be possible to be obtained mainly through the in-game economy (if anything is obtainable by real-money it will always be the better deal to earn it instead, the purchaseable option only exists for collectors who want to unlock EVERYTHING).

Why make it paid now then?
You pay to gain access early, you will receive some exclusive rewards for purchasing it before it goes live, however, these might be so miniscule that you cannot even show them off on official servers, so dont make your purchasing decision off that, if you want to play it, go for the demo (it is the same version as the paid game) or wait until the full release.“

Immerse into a new adventure on the seven seas! Start with a small sloop ~create your crew,- join an alliance,-~ shoot down other ships,- gather their loot,- sell their loot,- earn gold as much as you can carry,- buy better ships,- sink stronger enemies,- finish quests,- buy more weapons, ~ammunitions and crew members,-~ dominate!
The Ocean holds many different adventures and even more tales to tell. But don't forget that they can and will claim whatever they seek. Sleep with one a eye open and conquer them all!

The seven deadly seas is developed by two guys and allows the player to explore an open world.

The player can engage in sea battles with other ships and, if successful, loot them and sell/use the obtained items to improve their own ship and crew.

Quests can also be completed for better gear and improvements. These range from simple treasure hunting to defeating whole fleets.
