為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「A Giant Problem launches in Early Access on April 1, 2020!

A Giant Problem is for you the players, and so its key that the game is designed, built and tuned for them. It's also a great way for us to build a community with you and offer you the opportunity to have your feedback directly impact the development of the game.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「The game will be in early access for no more than a year.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Early Access will have all the base assets and abilities of the game. More will be released during Early Access. But the launch version will include more gameplay modes, additional streaming features, achievements, trading cards, etc. that are not in the early access version.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The game is in a working and playable state, with most characters, abilities, and assets included. But the game is not completely balanced, nor are all of the planned features and modes implemented.

Still to come are the following:

Allies - Gnomes, Hedgehogs and maybe more,
Repairing the Defenses,
New Maps,
More Modes,
Additional Cosmetics,
and of course New Enemies.

「Yes. We plan to offer the game at a reduced price during Early Access.」

「We plan on doing weekly streams of the game, as well as polls that let the community determine what features, assets or other elements of the game we work on or include. This can be anything from character designers, to multiplayer features, etc. For feedback you can chat with us on our Discord server, see the additional links section to connect. We'll also setup a Feedback and Help email account.」

關於此遊戲

A Giant Problem is a VR game for the HTC Vive family, Oculus Rift & Rift S headsets. Support for the Valve Index is coming. The game is in a working and playable state, with most characters, abilities, and assets included. But the game is not completely balanced, nor are all of the planned features and modes implemented. Hence why Early Access begins on April 1, 2020.

Still to come are the following:

New Maps,
and of course New Enemies.

Invaders! Your once peaceful village faces unknown hordes hellbent on taking everything from you and your people. You’ve got a giant problem. And only the combination of your wits, skill and ancient magics will stave them off while your friends and family can get to safety. That's why you've been chosen to taken on the helm and defend your land.

Are you big enough to stand up to them? Of course you are! You’re a freaking giant! Step in to save your town with all the might someone of your size can bring to bear.

Smash, bash and mash your enemies with your mighty fists! Or Make use of the buildings and objects around you to fend off the hordes sent by the king!

Lead from the front! Command the people of your village to mount a valiant defense. Direct counter-attacks or toss your warriors directly into the fray!

Man the wall! It’s once more unto the breach, only you’re there to stop everyone. Repair your village’s defenses and place troops to hold the line!

Utilize the elements! Fire, Ice, and Shadow?! Combine the properties and powers of magic with your giant might in surprising ways to protect your treasures!

Emerge victorious! Keep your villagers alive, protect your gold and hold your ground and you might just defeat the King’s forces!
