„Quite a while, is the short answer. The long answer is: I want this game to be great, i've got some ambitious visions with it, and plan on making an enjoyable multiplayer experience, but also a singleplayer game that you can spend several hours on.

My plan is to allocate a significant amount of work on it for at least a year more and see where i am there. I hope that I can announce a full release some time in early 2020.“

Wie soll sich die Vollversion von der Early Access-Version unterscheiden?

„The final game will feature a multiplayer experience that can compare to other great party-fighting-games. It should be a game you can have fun with an entire evening with customization of your own Sword, saving templates of your favorite customization, and then utilizing it to destroy your friends.

The singleplayer game will function somewhat like an RPG where you meet unique and fun characters to interact with. Some enemies you fight may eventually turn into friends that can fight alongside you in 2v2 battles that progress the story, and your bonds between those characters strengthen as you continue.
This mode will also include a progression system wherein you constantly work to gain better gear to boost your Sword in order to defeat even stronger foes.“

„The current state supports local multiplayer, recommended to play with controllers. It's a lot of fun to compete with your friends by customizing your Sword and beating their butts in some unique maps.

The core functionalities of the game is already in place, the physics developed are so very satisfying to control, and even look at.“

Wird dieses Spiel während und nach Early Access unterschiedlich viel kosten?

„I can't promise the price won't increase after it's out of early access, but i intend to keep the price to a minimum as all i want is for people to play the game, and to support myself enough so i can continue to work on it.
However as development continues i might need to commision/hire additional people to make satisfactory progress during development.“

Wie werden Sie versuchen die Community in den Entwicklungsprozess miteinzubeziehen?

„I'll be very attentive to all feedback i get, wherever it may come from. I want to make a game that people can enjoy, and a major part of that is the community that surrounds the game. If there's some major decissions that might change the course of the developments I'll most likely reach out to the community to find out the most desired route.“
