Hvorfor tidlig adgang?

“I am currently the sole indie dev who is developing this game. The game would've been finished a long time ago... According to my standards. Unfortunately and Hopefully my standards are NOT what others standards are. I plan to make the game improve 3 ways. Simplicity, Complexity, and Flexiblity. I understand the first 2 are contradictory. When I say simplicity I mean how quick can someone learn to play the game. When I say complexity I mean how much content is there. And finally I wish to add a settings and an in game shop to increase flexibility in the game. I plan on making this game the greatest game I will ever make. I hope the game will grow bigger than me and hope those generations after me will play this most fascinating little game.”

“This will possibly stay in early access until 2020 when the game gets improved a lot.”

Hvorledes kommer den fulde version til at være anderledes end produktet i tidlig adgang?

“We hope to achieve making the game more user-friendly and add multiplayer features to this game. Also the full version will have much more DLC to be added on the main game.”

“The Current state of this game is Late Alpha. Currently there are 10 levels of the game already unlocked for you and 2 modes Campaign and Free Flight. Freeflight is where you fly freely (Hence the name) without dying but you cannot shoot. Campaign is where you can shoot but you may die from crashing. The AI has been fixed. Most of them are just sitting ducks for you to shoot. Ultimately, 10 levels 7 shooting with death 3 without respectively. And Sitting ducks (airplanes)[url][/url]”

Ændrer spillets pris sig under og efter tidlig adgang?

“The game will be priced at a much higher price than the current price. Possibly a 200-400% increase of the price. Prices will change slowly as we add new features in the game.”

“We would love to listen to our community suggestions and work on the game to make it a better game. Welcome to an all-new revolutionary game where you get to be the pilot of a standard Birchian Aircraft! We are in the process of making this game the best game you will ever play!
This is a flight simulator game that will bring you to many destinations including Mars and many wonderful Islands
There is a split-screen multiplayer mode as well!
There are 10 Levels with 7 levels featuring shooting while the other 3 are free flight or no shooting chill maps.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and IIICHILLC. Our EULA was created by EULA Template for Birchian Flight Simulator.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Birchian Flight Simulator software ("Software") directly from IIICHILLC or indirectly through a IIICHILLC authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller"). Our Privacy Policy was created by the Privacy Policy Generator.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Birchian Flight Simulator software. It provides a license to use the Birchian Flight Simulator software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Birchian Flight Simulator software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Birchian Flight Simulator software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by IIICHILLC herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. [h3]License Grant[/h3]

IIICHILLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Birchian Flight Simulator software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Birchian Flight Simulator software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Birchian Flight Simulator software.

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
use the Software for any purpose that IIICHILLC considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

[h3]Intellectual Property and Ownership[/h3]

IIICHILLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of IIICHILLC.

IIICHILLC reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

[h3]Termination[/h3]

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to IIICHILLC.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

[h3]Governing Law[/h3]

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of us.
