Granted, there's not too many good ones of these out there for this one to be graded against, but Farming Simulator 2011 is a pretty solid entry. No bugs to be seen, and an entire valley to roam and work in, makes this a very viable alternative to good ol'SimFarm. There are piles of different vehicles to use, and you can hop out of one and into another nice and quick. There's enough here to let you correctly plant and harvest several types of crop, and see it all the way through to market.

The game runs fairly well, but is pretty demanding, so those of you barely meeting the minimum requirements would be best to crank the settings down first and work your way up from there. The game looks great maxed out due to that, and seeing the changing times of day while you're working is pretty awesome. The workers you can hire sometimes come with extremely low IQ, though, which can be a bit of a pain - small sections of a field are sometimes missed repeatedly, causing you to have to backtrack and finish the work.

It has a few quirks, but if you're looking for a cheaper game that comes standard with the bigger fields the 2013 version was missing until the dlc release, it's hard to go wrong with FS 2011.

This game is so f-ing incredible, I genuinely had to remove my pants whilst playing, lest the gigantic boner it induced tear a hole through the bottom of my desk and proceed to penetrate the underside of my jaw.
I then proceeded to whack off furiously over the hard, uncensored, corno fields I was harvesting with my long wang blade. When I was finished, I was unable to determine the difference between what was cow's milk being transported to the dairy farm, and what was part of the gallon of man juice I consequently covered my entire computer setup in. I'm still trying to scrape parts of it out of the GPU as I write this.

This game isn't for the weak of penis. It's a hardcore orgyfest for the elite.

I rate this a truthful 12 inches out of 10.

Buy it. Right now.

Only really fun for a little while, then gets boring pretty fast. Can't say I'd reccommend it, just because the options are limited and the game physics are occasionally super derpy. Like that scarecrow that stops literally sverything that hits it.

When I first bought this game and tried it out I thought it was the worst purchase I have ever made. Then after playing the game for about half an hour my thoughts changed to one of the best purchases I have ever made. This game is so fun, the world is totally open you can make feilds wherever you want, you can buy/sell tractors, combines, and accessories such as plows, sprayers, and cultivators. The game is quite realistic with great graphics and situations such as weather and leaving your equipment in the elements. I would recommend this game for anyone who is looking for a game that is cheap and will want to play over and over.
