Why Early Access?

“Making a quality game is only possible with feedback from the community. Early Access gives everyone a chance to try out On a Roll and to share their opinion. As developers, it’s very important to know what our community wants and to use the input they give us.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 5 to 7 months. The full release is planned for the first quarter of 2018.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We’ll be finalizing, improving and possibly expanding the open world environment. Performance will be further optimized and a final soundtrack will be added. We also aim to do as much debugging and finetuning as possible to give you the smoothest skating experience possible. What we would also like to include are a couple of additional characters and more languages, like French, Spanish, German and perhaps Russian.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“On a Roll is currently in a late Alpha state: pretty much all features have been finalized. However some of the environments are not entirely polished. Our character editor feature is up and running, but we are still adding content. That's why this feature will be disabled in the beginning, but will be made available in a next update.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The pricing will stay consistent during and after Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will gather user’s opinions, ideas, recommendations and issues. We’d like to fix any possible bugs players may encounter and implement their feedback in a satisfying way. All player suggestions will be discussed internally.”

Choose from tons of different objects to create your own skatepark and enjoy a fun gaming experience thanks to the intuitive double analogue controls.
