Disclaimer: I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

So anyway, I am like a lot of people in that I have a couple cameras, but most of the pictures I take actually come from my phone or a little digital camera I own and are pictures of opportunity (you know, you're driving and the clouds look awesome or the sun is setting perfectly or some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ just backed into your car, etc....), and so there tends to be a lot of issues with lighting, sharpness, artifacts, etc... I feel this is really where Liquivid shines....for the amateur photographer.

The program is incredibly user friendly with a very simple and easy to understand interface, Additionally, the website provides more than enough information via user guides to answer any question you might have. There are also a couple user guides in the community hub on Steam right now and I imagine more will show up as more people use the program.

You can create your own camera profile, which is nice. Also, any pictures you import to the program will automatically be available when you launch the program and anything you have worked on will save automatically throughout the process making it easy to go back and mess with your photos at will.

I found the advanced settings to be the way to go. You can as mentioned before create your own camera profile or simply select one from the list (which has 20 or 30 preset camera lenses....which is to say it recognizes specific lens distortions). The sharpness and noise filters work like a charm. They are simple, but have a huge impact and are the real stars of this program in my opinion. You can also run side by side comparisons of your photo as well as split photo comparisons.

So far, that is all I have really played with, and I havent tried out the video editing features at all, so I cant speak to that, although I'm sure I will in the future. I will also note again that I am by no means an expert at either the photographer aspect or the editing aspect of all of this. I previously just used Picasa, lol.

Anyway, I like this program and was glad for the opportunity to try it out. For me personally, I will definitely get $20 value from it. Obviously, YMMV, but as of now, I recommend it.

Automatic Editing Software for photos and video that allows for rapid and simple batch correction and improvement of graphic files, especially those made with a motion camera.
If you have worked with a motion camera such as drone based photography or Go-Pro action cameras, then Liquivid may provide the solutions you need to quickly and intuitively correct and intensify those special moments you captured in not-so-slow motion.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time with multimedia files, web design, and various design based applications. The biggest problem I found with most of my work is the time element involved with editing imagery after photographing scenes, and before uploading them to the web. Of all the various editors, such as Pixler and the many that can be found on the internet, Liquivid is the only one that I have found that has intuitive automatic correction. You are actually able to tick the boxes by each feature you want and see the image corrected automatically with this software, where normally you get that blah result that would never do, and end up fine tuning the result for 30 minutes. And, with this, I was able to load multiple files at once and perform the same actions on the whole batch at once, which worked out great for editing the photos I took on my Parrot A.R. Drone 2.0. Some of these can be seen in my artwork uploaded publically. I’ve not found another software program that will perform this quickly and correctly for batch work.

I found the results for video to be less satisfactory than for photos. The main issue is with sound/image desync. Because of out of sync voice, I found using Windows Movie Maker to still be the better choice for editing videos taken on my phone of conversation and voice. Liquivid seems to be designed primarily for motion cameras, and that is where I found the best results. When looking for a solution for this in the manual, I noted the need for Steam users to deactivate the Steam Overlay before using Liquivid. I right-clicked on the program name in my Steam Software library, selected properties, and disabled the Steam overlay, as suggested. But, this didn’t change the effect for speech based video. Though I definitely think that needs to be done.
The only other issue I noted was that there seems to be no difference between side-by-side mode and preview mode when I’m using the software. All windows stay the same size regardless of which button I click. But, this does not affect the way the program works in any way.

*Intuitive Autocorrection
*Defish, sharpening, removing lens distortion work very well.
*Video stabilization for motion camera/ drone video is excellent
*Simple / User friendly interface
*I found it possible to run other programs while exporting & saving whole batches of files
*No bugs, or crashing of any kind

*Consistent Desync issues with voice video
*UPDATE: The Dev responded quickly and with detailed info to this question/ concern in comments section.

I received a copy of the software free for review purposes, but that does not affect my review in any way. I don’t recommend anything I wouldn’t feel comfortable using myself.

I recommend Liquivid for its intuitive results with motion photography, and the ability to batch edit multimedia files for internet use.
It is a program that will greatly enhance any web-based user applications, and one I will get a lot of use from with my drone and wildlife cameras.

First I have to state that this program isn't going to be making AAA videos. The program is for more simple than that. But simple in a good way. I hated having to open up Vegas pro to do a quick edit in a video. it would turn into a big pain to do so, or opening up gimp or Photoshop to change a few things in a photo.
This program does what it says it does and does it very well.

this program is so simple you waist almost no time changing whats needed then backing out. Open the program drag and drop what you want to edit. with simple and fast to get to options you can edit it and export it an where on your computer in less than 30 seconds.

The best thing about this program is that you can change the format and size of a photo or video very fast. I like adding pics or videos to websites, game and my profiles, Only to find out i cant upload the image or video because of a wrong format or size of the image. Loading up gimp or Photoshop is a pain to use to fix these problems and can take 5 or 10 minutes out of your day. this include their load times. this loads in less than a second and in the next 10 seconds you have already fixed the issue and saved it to your computer.

• Changing input, formats and sizes of the files.
• Quick to learn quick to use.
• Basic mode to make it even faster
• side by side views are great while editing.

• changing size is locked to a 1 to 1 ratio and cant be changed if wanted.
• not being able to reset setting to default on a video or photo.
• I feel like some of the settings could have had a few more options
• When editing the videos I felt a bit lost on the settings and options i had.

I would recommend this product purely for being able to change the formats on the fly and sizes.

Product received for free

DISCLAIMER: I received this product for no cost for the purpose of reviewing. However, this does not affect my views and opinions of the title.

liquivid is a video editing tool. It has many straight forward features that can enhance or change a video to your choosing. It's not easy for me to review something like this, as I don't really have prior knowledge of video editing, and I usually just review games. I've decided that I'd be reviewing this product from a beginner's point of view in video editing. As this is a review of software, it won't be in my usual format, so forgive me if it's not as organized.

liquivid comes with a bunch of options that let you alter your video. You pick and choose which ones you want to use and it applies the effect to the video. There's video stabilizing, de-fishing, sharpening, flicker and noise removal, and a couple more.

Ease of use: 8 / 10

The software is quite easy to use. At first you'll have to find out what all the buttons do, but by simply hovering over each of them, the tool-tips will tell you exactly what they do. After choosing the video you want to change, you can then just pick which effects and enhancements you want for the video, and then apply them. It's very straight forward and quite easy to use. The user interface is not cluttered and complicated, it kind of guides you through what to do as you continue to edit your video.

Editing Quality: 7 / 10

This part may be a bit subjective, as I know nothing of video editing, I only can confirm what I see with my own eyes. After you make changes to the video content, there is a noticeable difference in the quality when compared to the original video. My edited video was sharper, less grainy, and all around cleaner than my original. You could see a little more detail to the newer video. Though, in my personal opinion, it wasn't as big of a change as I was hoping for, but the resulting video was definitely better than the original.

Final Personal Remarks:

liquivid is great for someone who doesn't have any editing experience, but just wants to clean up their video a little bit. The tool is great for sharpening and bringing out a little more detail in videos. Using the tool reminds me of picking filters on Instagram or on Snapchat, or something similar, it's not at all complicated, and I actually appreciate that.

Thanks to the devs for giving me the opportunity to review this product, as well as anyone who took this review into consideration, I hope it helped.

- Features: Contrast & Colors, Lens distortion, Filters, Sharpness, Noise Reduction, Rotate & Crop, Camera shake stabilizer, Deflicker, Speed, Output
- Extremely user-friendly software for whoever wants to quickly improve his photos/videos on the go
- Simple and minimalistic UI design, with comprehensive menu navigation
- Lightweight (250 MB) and runs smooth, taking only 0.9 Mo of Memory
- Can easily save/load a prefered setup

- The software does not support GIF edits
- The price tag would discourage the average Joe (the target audience of liquidvid)
- liquidvid does fix and enhance with solid results, but poor in options (ie: "Insert Text", "Sound/Music", "Rain/Snow Effect", "Fading" etc)

Nice quick editing tools that cover all the essential needs of anyone wanting to make a quick video. With an interface slick enough to make Steve Jobs envious and fast OpenCL GPU accelaration make Liquivid a must have piece of software for anyone who's not familiar with the process of using more advanced software or it's a nice addition for those already in the videography hobby in need of doing some quick fundimental work on their project.

After testing this software on a few of the videos that I currently have posted on my YouTube channel I have found that there is a VAST improvement! Now I know what many of you will think and say 'Well there are many programs that do that!' and yes you are right. The main reason why this program is so amazing is the fact that with 2 clicks I made my dark, grainy, washed out video look like it just got an overhaul that took hours to make! I have done it with two videos so far that were, well, not good looking to test it out and both look amazing! I wish I had this before I uploaded the videos on YouTube.

VERY VERY (and did I say VERY?) easy to use.
Ability to do a side by side preview to see exactly what the differences are.
Good and easy to use interface that anyone can use.
Makes dark, grainy, washed out videos look 10x better.

Does not run super fluid on old computers (I am currently on an old dual core laptop), but it still works great!
Doesnt turn back time to allow me to 'remaster' my videos I already put on YouTube.

10/10 Would spend hours regretting not having this earlier again!

A great program that helps with video productions and editing. It feels like its a must have if you have a GoPro camera. I have the GoPRO Hero 4 camera and it has helped me out a ton with fixing the video vibrations and movements to help the end result to come out smoother. It has helped correct a lot of errors in the videos and is a great tool to use with other video editing software. I highly recommend this software!!

Cons-Crashes way to much when exporting/importing photos back and forth. When it does crash you lose what was edited. Little to no features for photo editing, just very basic in general. Was really hoping to have more for editing photos, like, a new HUD, a repair tool maybe for taking off facial features or disliked background objects. (already an owner of newest adobe photoshop) don't get me wrong, it is great if you're just a take a couple pics when I go on vaction kind of person. However it is seriously lacking ground on a professional editing level.

Pros- The Sharpness, and Noise Reduction feature are astonishing. When I edit in photoshop I have to manually go back and fix noise, and sharpness. The auto feature in photoshop just makes it this disugsting white and grainy photo. Using Liquivid Auto correct of those features though just makes certain pictures stand out more in a good way.

So you still need an expensive editing software for real pictures, but the $20 bucks was almost worth just those two features. (auto sharpness/noise red)

I am sure the video part of it is awesome, don't care much for making videos.

A nice easy-used software if you really don't know how to use Mocha in Adobe After Effect, or just be so angry about that free Mocha in Adobe After Effect because it cannot do what you want with some strange GLITCH. While it is friendly to Greenhand, it sacrifice some important data, and that makes its shake reduction function cannot perfectly live up to some Perfectionist. Compared with that, Mocha is much better than that.

Whatever, i just want to use its Shake Reduction Function and in my opinion, its effect live up to me.

Shortly, I recommend this program to all of you as long as you are not so serious about its effect.

So far the results are not that amazing.
598 MB .MP4 file straight from GoPro 1 min :51 secs took roughly 24 mins to convert with just shake reduction - resolution 1920x1442, framerate 47.92. final product size was 1.51 gb - youchy.

Will try converting the GoPro vids with the inbuilt gopro convertor software and try again to post updated results.
Shake reduction was also not satisfactory as a matter of fact I think the final product had more shake and original.

Only redeeming point is it costs you about a same price as your lunch.

Will update after do more testing.

Using Liquivid to edit GP4 video and pictures from a drone. Not much time in the program so far, but I couldn't be happier. Definitely the easiest time I've had getting oriented to new photo/video editing software.
