Why Early Access?

“Chamberflame has a solid foundation and gameplay loop, but I want to hear player feedback on what is fun, and what isn't. Expect to play a challenging rogue-lite game through 4 biomes, with lots of unique upgrades, weapons, enemies, and run variety. Expect there to be gameplay/balance changes throughout development.”

“~1 year or less.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I am planning to add more weapons, items, playable characters, Steam achievements, and overall polish. I also plan to add an "ascension" like difficulty system.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Music/sound effects are still in progress, post-loop content is pretty minimum, bugs/crashes are somewhat likely to occur.

About This Game

Chamberflame is an action roguelike looter shooter.

Each run is different from the last, with randomly generated levels, weapons, and enemies. Artifacts are at the center of how this game is played. Without good artifact synergies, you will probably die. The weapons you pick up are also very important. Remember to take a glance at each weapons stats, since they are all random.

Remember, death is just part of the journey.

-Gather Artifacts-

Upgrade your run with unique, run-defining artifacts. Experiment to find possibly game-breaking synergies. These artifacts are stackable and essential if you want to survive.

-Find The Perfect Gun-

Every gun you find will have random stats. The higher the rarity, the more the stats will change.

-Try To Survive-
