As a long-time lover of The Sims Franchise (been with them since the original Sims game), I was looking forward to this expac. It did not disappoint. I love the new features available and use them with every single one of my Sim families. This expac has a lot of great content from the actual future being available in 3 formats (Distopian, Normal and Utopian), to meeting your descendents, to the new buyable objects, and the new skills and hobbies available. I highly recommend this expac to anyone who gets bored easily and needs a lot different options for your sims to explore. I have every expac and stuff pack for TS3 (except the Katy Perry ones) and this expac is in my list of top 3 expacs for TS3 :)

By far the best expansion pack in any sims game. Offers alot and is worth $20, unlike some other expansions. Travelling to the future is really interesting and the way that the expansion pack goes is that a random guy comes out of a time portal (which will appear shortly after you've starting playing on your sims lot) and tells you about the future. You couldn't care less about the random garbage coming out of this man's mouth and you ignore him and go throw the portal. The loading screen takes A LONG TIME (5-10 mins) as it is generating an all new world (and I did mean to throw in that Aladdin reference there). When your there your options are limitless. You could go get a robot butler, talk to your decendants or throw huge parties at your house and invite random people that live off the street (SOUNDS LIKE FUN). Anyway if your still reading this review, thanks it means alot. It's definately worth the $20 you pay and is by far the best expansion pack in Sims 3. Hopefully EA will make one for Sims 4.

- Went back to the present and donated 50,000 simoleons.
- Became known as the great philanthrophist.

Made four plumbbots. One hates me, one is a musician who looks like a transformer, one just seems like a general grumpy guy in general (he also keeps trying to garden but fails), and another keeps trying to be romantic to the others but gets rejected. Miserably. Keep forcing the four plumbbots to collect materials for me and just be utterly useless otherwise.
Okay, this isn't helpful at all. Go to the future, screw around with time, and accidentally kill your descendants with time paradoxes. There.

This game, this expansion.. It is.. Just too realistic..

I rock up at my new home, looks nice enough so I decide to invest about 3k into a new study. I then decide to get a job so I became apart of the business job industry. After putting in long hard hours into my new job, slowly isolating myself from the world, slowly drifting from reality and starting to act more like a programmed robot. I hear a noise, what could it be?? It's my cell phone, unsure of who would want to ring me I pick up. Its Mrs. Goth my boss, she asks to come over, so I politely allow it, we talk for a while, it feels good to finally have someone there.. I get overwhelmed, in the heat of the moment our lips touch, the soft touch of her mouth makes me feel safe. Then it ended quicker than it started, she slapped me. Told me I was creepy and awkward.. I got overwhelmed, I looked over her dead body as the Grim Reaper appeared, I knew I made a mistake.. She was laying there so lifelessly, what have I done to this beautiful human being? Did the shock of my rejection get the better of me.. I picked up any evidence, knew I had to be more isolated than ever, I dissapeared into my work, working from home, I got offered a job as Mayor. I swiftly accepted, the ride in my new limo was amazing, I felt above all them peasants, still losing myself in my job, I isolate myself from everyone and everything, the dark secret still heavy on my mind. I see a portal, I step inside and see where I will be, I first see the building I bought.. "Zanto Rub N' Tug Spa", I went to my old plot. It was... Abandoned, I visitted the graveyard to see if my kids had died.. But they hadn't, I didn't have kids, I died alone, with nobody at all to love me. I went back to the present and got myself the first girl I found, I was rich at this point. So it was normal for me to be an old man and married to a young adult. I bred that b*tch like a rabbit and had 14 kids. I later died in a house fire after my wife cooked waffles..

10/10 Would die alone and go back and marry a gold digger and have 14 spoilt kids and get burnt alive for my insurance again. 11/10 life simulator.

This expansion pack is great. It adds a lot of new content such as Plumbots(?) and going to the future (Duh!). It adds a whole new world (The future), several new skills, and more! There are many new, fun things to do and I reccomend it...
