A little expensive, but this will be an invaluable RTP+ resource for me.

Once purchased, it can be found at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RPGVXAce\dlc
Or equivilent in your own set up.

The Modern Day Tiles Resource Pack is well worth the price given the rights attached to purchasing the set. It comes with sheets for A2 (although nearly empty), A3, A4, A5, B, C, and D. There are two sheets for doors, various styles of dumpsters because why not, numerous traffic signals, and a Steam exclusive background if you're into that kind of thing.

What is not as nice about the pack is that it's fairly limited in what you can build with it, but that's okay. I strongly recommend editing the stylesheet with your other tiles. The Futuristic Tiles Resouce Pack and the DS+ Resource Pack contain many assets that are invaluable for creating a richer environment than what you can accomplish with just the pack. Due to the lack of A1 and E sheets and because the D, A2, and A3 sheets are not completely filled out (A2 being nearly empty), you can squeeze far more into your tilesets to create a more complete city. This set isn't necessarily complete on its own, but it's a great resource if you're looking for more contemporary-looking assets.

For $7, it is not bad. It needs to include actors then it would be worth it.

Modern day tileset is a decent tileset with some good assets to use in order to make modern day games.
It is all right I guess to say that it can merge nicely with the default assets of RPG Maker VX Ace. Not to mention that Zombie and Futuristic pack collaborate nicely with it.

I do recommend it if you don't intend to buy the DS+ DLC.
DS+ has many modern tiles so it might undermine the utility of this one.
But if you don't intend to get DS+ I truly recommend it.

With such licensing of the assets, the price is really low, so yes I do recommend it.

I downloaded it and it won't work. It says it's in my library, but it won't show up in there.
So until I either...
A: Find someone who knows how to fix it.
Or,
B: It shows up in my library.
I'm not giving it a good reveiw.

Used it, liked it. A reasonable amount of content (not huge) and well-made. I should note that I have not tested the limits of it's potential just yet; I've only built one home interior with it. It looks really good and I can see it being used for much more than just that.

If they could add one thing to it it would probably be cars as an actor graphic so you could actually drive them (bigmonster style if it would work as a vehicle).
