生死を分けるのは、人狼ゲームに似たコミュニケーションゲーム――
「ゴシックマーダー」「探偵神宮寺三郎」シリーズ、「イヌワシ」など数多くのADVを制作したオレンジが送るテキストアドベンチャーゲーム。

◆◇概要◇◆
選択肢を選ぶだけの簡単な操作でゲームが進行します。
選択によってシナリオはいくつにも分岐し、その結末までも変化します。

◆◇ルール◇◆
・「インフェクテッド・ゲーム」は全３回戦行われる
・所属陣営が勝利すると、陣営に所属する全プレイヤーが１００ポイントを獲得できる
・ほか、プレイ時の会話や振る舞いに応じてプレイヤーのポイントは加算・減算される
・最終的な合計ポイントの上位数名が手術を受け助かることができる

◆◇ストーリー◇◆
高校生、ホスト、プログラマー、消防士……
個性的な１０人の参加者が命を懸けた議論を行う。
繰り返されるゲームの果てに生還できるのは、一体誰か――？
そして爆発事故に隠された真相とは？
