„The games scope when completed is going to be massive and its a good ways away from there. But in the mean time your help is needed to find bugs and offer your feedback so the game can be the best version of itself.“

„The game will most likely be in early access until late 2024 or early 2025“

„The scope of the game is going to change massively from now until the 1.0 patch. In its current state it is more of a traditional roguelike which was always meant to be the base of the experience. But as the game progresses I want it to generate a universe to explore not just individual levels. The player will own a ship and be able to explore a randomly generated universe complete with different factions and alien species, full of stations to stop by at and dangerous areas to explore. It is also intended to have more set story lines to discover at these stations to allow the player more knowledge of the universe they are in and its inhabitants.

This already works to some degree but wont be ready for public play for at least a year after early access launches but probably longer.“

Über dieses Spiel

Dead Metal is a 1-4 player co op roguelike where you take control of a squad filled with humanities only hope, Dead Metal Suits. Robotics melded with psionic power capable of mass destruction as well as the ability to organically learn. Proceed through randomly generated levels filled with enemies secrets and most importantly loot. Build up your squad and build more prototype suits to replace the fallen, unlock new abilities by testing out different stat combinations to discover new play styles.

-Fight against hordes of both human and alien enemies as you seek to master the use of new technology
-Unleash a wide array of unique abilities to vanquish your enemies
-Use positioning to your advantage as you line up enemies for attacks while dodging the enemy attack patterns
