A játékról

Somewhere in the Pacific, there was a beautiful island, called Isola, where lost villagers made their home. The castaways explored their small part of the island and knew every corner. Curious, they pressed through and after falling down slippery rocks and a steep waterfall, they landed on a new part of the island: the west side! They emerged to find they were not alone... children ... dirty, hungry-looking children. Who are they and where are their parents? Uncover more answers about the mysterious native inhabitants of the island. Explore the western shore of Isola!

The second of the series and it is fun, I'd say a little better as there seems to be more flushed out. Great to come back to as it is in real time so you can just check back every now and then. A Great game for killl/passing time.

my first laptop came with a demo of this game and i really enjoyed playing it. what better way to spend your time than playing god? i really enjoy the virtual villagers series. it is a more slow paced game but to get jobs done faster all you really need to do is move your devices clock up an hour or two. the game isnt worth $10 seeing as there isnt a whole bunch to the game.

Built a new machine for Win10 and have migrated Steam over. Most games look great - but - all my 'Last Day At Work' games will not do full screen and the colors look awfull. Hope it is a Win10 problem that will be fixed, otherwise a patch from the developer will be needed.

Reply from LDW Support;

Hello (customer)!

I am very sorry that you're having problems with(specific game). Unfortunately, we are not able to provide technical support unless the game was purchased directly from us through our online Web site.

Because other game sites repackage our games with their own branding and digital rights management software and/or download managers, you will need to contact the site where you purchased (specific game) to obtain technical support for the issue you're experiencing. They have all of the necessary procedures and information to resolve problems related to purchases from their site.

Alternately, we would be happy to help you by providing you with our version, free of charge, to see if that resolves the issue you are seeing.

The easiest way to provide us with your purchase receipt is to forward your email receipt to us at support+id(XXXXX)@ldw.zendesk.com. If you no longer have that receipt, you can request your purchase details from the site where you purchased the game. Many game sites offer a method to look up your purchase information online.

You can also perform a screen capture of your receipt and attach it to this support request (if you are logged into our help desk) or send it to support+id(XXXXX)@ldw.zendesk.com.

Once I receive a copy of your receipt, I'll provide you with installation instructions for our version of the game.

Thank you for contacting LDW Support!

Conclusion;

IF YOU BUY THE GAME THROUGHT STEAM - LDW WILL REFUSE TO SUPPORT YOUR GAME!

Requiring the user to migrate AWAY from Steam to play their game negates the whole reason for having all user games in one place under Steam.

So it is now on Steam to either issue a Win10 patch OR continue to sell a game that will not run properly on the new version of Windows.
