VR游戏内容主要分为五部分：
①探险家们前往大猫文明基因研究所，由大猫机器人向玩家们做简单介绍；
②打败海盗登上黑石号；
③游玩大唐夜市，玩法有密室逃脱、射击、投靶、摘孔明灯、放烟花；
④漫游中国特色风景，从大漠到江南；
⑤返回大猫文明基因研究所，做最后的总结。探险家们重返大唐，体验经典的历史场景，在浓厚的文化氛围下寻找文明基因碎片，并吸收当时的文化与精神。
玩法简介游戏截图
①打海盗：探险家们需要拿起身旁的武器奋勇杀海盗，胜利后才能乘坐黑石号前往大唐。
②密室逃脱：跟随着系统的语音、文字提示，一步一步操作，边头脑风暴解谜，边享受视觉、听觉盛宴，感受大唐独特的魅力。
③射击：探险家需要在有限的时间内，获得指定的分数。经典的射击游戏是能体现探险家们眼力、判断力等综合实力的不二选择。
④放烟花及投靶：探险家们操纵手柄点燃烟花，射中靶心即可通关。当然也可以朝向天空，让烟花在星空绽放。
⑤摘孔明灯：孔明灯缓缓升空，探险家们需要把握好时机，才能又稳又准地拿到孔明灯。
⑥修补瓷器：玩家需操作手柄拿起碎瓦片修补瓷器。
