What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I intend for this to be a long term project that grows over time. Early Access is the best format for this as it enables me to be in a constant feedback loop with the players of the game and expanding it in directions both they and I find most interesting.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This is a long term project but I estimate to come out of Early Access roughly within the next two years.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I want to take the simulation as deep as I can. Barricading, Military intervention, Extraction / Evacuation, Advanced police tactics. There is a long list and I want it all to be customizable by the player.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“I've gotten the visuals mostly where I want them so now I can spend some more time fleshing out the AI systems without worrying that the game isn't visually ready. The player is capable of setting up simulations and interacting with them and there are tons of planned features.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I want to reward my Early Access supporters with the lowest price. As new content is added to the game the price will slowly rise towards it's final value. The earlier you support the project, the better deal you get!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Part of the reason I planned to make this game Early Access is so that I can get it into the hands of players and see how they react to it. This is a long term project that I hope will grow over time and I'd love to have you on the journey with me. I will be checking the Steam forums regularly to see what features users desire the most for future versions, how the community reacts to updates, or possible new ideas I haven't thought of!”
