We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Metal: Hellsinger and Crypt of the NecroDancer to release the Rhythmic Rampage Bundle!
The Rhythmic Rampage Bundle will include:
ROBOBEAT, a roguelite rhythm shooter where you take on the role of robo-gunslinger Ace as he hunts down the chaotic showman Frazzer. Wall run, slide, and bunny hop your way through Frazzer’s ever-shifting lair, and shoot in sync to the music to maximize your damage. Uncover new cassettes to use as you play, or march to the beat of your own drum by uploading your tracks using the custom music feature and playing with the songs you love!
Metal: Hellsinger, a rhythm FPS bursting with demons, badass weapons, and heavy metal music. Slay to the rhythm of metal and vengeance on an infernal journey through the eight Hells. Make them fear the beat.
Crypt of the NecroDancer, a hardcore roguelike rhythm game. Move on the beat to navigate an ever changing dungeon while battling dancing skeletons, zombies, dragons, and more. Groove to the epic Danny Baranowsky soundtrack, or select songs from your own MP3 collection!
If you already own ROBOBEAT, Metal: Hellsinger, and/or Crypt of the NecroDancer, you’ll still be able to take advantage of the bundle. Instead of buying the full bundle, however, you’ll be given the option to complete the set and receive a 10% bundle discount on the other games, which will stack with any other discounts that are available on the games at the time.
Grab the Rhythmic Rampage Bundle today and become a composer of carnage!
We wanted to take the time to address the elephant in the room: our art. For the longest time, one person has been responsible for all our artwork. While this has allowed us to maintain a consistent visual style, we recognize that it’s time for a change. As we grow as a studio, we are evolving how we do things, and this includes raising our standards for the art and content we produce.
New Art Standards and Quality Checks We are excited to announce that we are implementing a new art system that prioritizes quality and consistency. This new approach involves several key changes:
Expanded Art Team: We are building a dedicated team of artists, each specializing in different aspects of game art, including character design, environment creation, and user interface elements. This will not only distribute the workload but also bring diverse creative perspectives to our projects.
Approval Process: All art content will now go through a rigorous approval process before being published. This process includes multiple stages of review and feedback, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards. Our goal is to ensure that everything, from the smallest icon to the most detailed character model, is polished and professional.
Quality Assurance: We are introducing a quality assurance phase specifically for art assets. This involves thorough testing to ensure that all visual elements are not only aesthetically pleasing but also function seamlessly within the game. This step will help us catch any issues early and maintain a consistent quality across the board.
Art Redesign: As part of this new policy, we will be overhauling all the existing art on our Steam page as well as our library. This includes updating character designs, reworking environments, and enhancing visual effects. Our aim is to create a more immersive and visually stunning experience for our players.
What Will Change? Well, to be honest, a lot. Here’s a deeper dive into the changes you can expect:
Character Redesigns: Our characters will undergo significant redesigns to better reflect their personalities and roles within the game. Expect more detailed and dynamic models, with improved animations and effects.
Environmental Overhaul: We are revisiting all our game environments to enhance their visual appeal and interactivity. From lush forests to eerie dungeons, every location will be meticulously crafted to provide a more engaging experience.
User Interface Improvements: The game's user interface will be revamped to be more intuitive and visually appealing. This includes new icons, menus, and HUD elements designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind.
Consistent Visual Style: With a larger team and a robust approval process, we can ensure that all art assets adhere to a consistent visual style. This will help create a cohesive and immersive world for players to explore.
Our Commitment to Quality We want to emphasize that our commitment to quality over quantity is at the core of these changes. We understand that our community expects the best, and we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional gaming experience. By investing in a skilled art team and implementing thorough quality checks, we aim to elevate our standards and set a new benchmark for ourselves.
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we make these improvements. We are excited about the future and can't wait to share our enhanced art and updated visuals with you. Your feedback has been invaluable in guiding these changes, and we look forward to hearing what you think of the new and improved Valince Genesis VR.
Stay tuned for more updates and sneak peeks of the new art as we continue to refine and expand our game.
Fixes: Minion Movement Speed Display: Fixed an issue that was not displaying the proper movement speed calculation with upgrades Chinese (Simplified) - Added some missing glyphs to font sheet
Early Access is here but it doesn't stop there. I've already updated the game twice to 0.4.4, and I'm working hard on delivering 0.4.5, while trying to gather as much feedback as possible! If you find anything wrong or have ideas on how the game could be better leave a review or join our discord: https://discord.gg/HYV8Zz8V2Q
What's next?
I'm still following the roadmap! 😅
Now I'm trying to stabilize the game as much as possible. Every game-breaking bug has priority. I'm also trying to introduce as many QOL features as possible that are quick to add.
After this, I'm thinking that reintroducing Key Moments Simulation back into the game will be my first step into expanding the game.
We're happy to be participating in the "Games Baked in Germany" event, which runs from June 20th to June 27th. As the development team is based out of Germany, we felt very proud to be able to be apart of this event.
We're also simultaneously very happy to announce that due to overwhelmingly positive feedback on the demo and demand from players, we've decided to leave the demo up instead of taking it down after the Steam Next Fest. We're extremely happy to have collected so much feedback from the demo during the Next Fest, and appreciate everyone who played.
We plan to keep the demo up in respect of demand from players, and also hope that more people will be able to play it and leave feedback thanks to our participation in this event.
Thank you again to everyone, and we hope to see you all for the Early Access release on July 23rd!!

Well, that was a quick month or so! With the wait now over, we’re delighted to announce that City Transport Simulator: Tram has finally entered into Early Access on Steam! Be sure to watch our cool gameplay trailer that shows what’s in store for you as you travel around the city of Tramau.
The work doesn’t stop now that we’re in Early Access – check out our Roadmap for all the exciting things we’ve got coming your way in the near and distant future. Big thanks to those who have already wishlisted City Transport Simulator: Tram, and to everyone who is planning on grabbing it while in the Early Access phase.
About City Transport Simulator: Tram
In City Transport Simulator: Tram, you will be playing the role of a tram driver, transporting passengers to their destinations around the city of Tramau. Choose from three true-to-life real-world trams, each with its own cab, interior, mode, and function. Pick up and drop off passengers while adhering to the timetable as you become familiar with your favourite tram.
Brand new to City Transport Simulator: Tram is the introduction of a career mode! As Tramau’s new tram operations manager, it’s up to you to turn around the fortunes of the city’s tram network. Develop your tram operation into a city-spanning tram network by starting with limited resources and just one tram. As you progress and earn XP, you’ll increase the number of trams in your fleet, customise and edit your own timetables, and place over 100 possible tramlines wherever you like in order to link up 39 stations.
About Tramau
While the trams in City Transport Simulator: Tram are true-to-life simulations of real-world trams, the city of Tramau is entirely of our own making. Tramau has a lot of awesome points of interest and architectural pieces reminiscent of Southern German cities for you to explore, as well as a rich and storied history going back to the 12th century. This was a crucial decision for us to make, because we didn't want the game to feel stifled if it were set in a city with a tram network already in place. This way, you can expand Tramau’s tram network and place stations wherever you like! There’s 22.5km worth of track at your disposal which will only increase as we continue to develop the game.
About Early Access & Benefits
Whether you’re a member of our passionate tram community or you’re new to the tram simulator experience, we love and welcome feedback. Going into Early Access means we can take all that feedback and apply it as we continue to improve the game and see it through to 1.0 release. We want City Transport Simulator: Tram to achieve its fullest potential, and we can only do that by going into Early Access and listening to what you have to say about it.
We’ve also got some pretty cool Early Access goodies for you all to enjoy! When you pick up the game in Early Access, you’ll get it at a reduced price than if you waited for full release! Early Access also includes some shiny new trams we’re still working on, and you’ll get those as soon as they’re ready; the ULF A1, and a modern Viennese tram.
Thank you all again for believing in us and coming along on this Early Access journey – it really means a lot to us. We hope you have a great time with it, and we’ll be back with more news very soon.
