À propos de ce bundle

The whole Spanish course, read aloud by a voice from Spain. The cards are the same as in the LatAm Spanish bundle; this one adds the Castilian Spanish Male voice.

FlashBoss is a study tool in RPG armor. Words arrive in clusters of about two dozen, spaced repetition brings each one back as it starts to fade, and a boss fight at the end of every cluster refuses to let you past until its hardest words are yours. Spanish Core carries tiers 1–5; Pareto 1 and Pareto 2 add tiers 6–15 — 3,000 words in all, each with an example sentence, text-to-speech audio, and its translations and study notes in English, German, Japanese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. All 56 reference lessons are readable in those languages too.

What the voice changes. The Castilian Spanish Male voice reads every Spanish word and example sentence aloud in clear peninsular Spanish — you hear the distinción, the soft "th" in cielo and zapato, and the rhythm of Spanish as it is spoken in Spain. It takes over as the Spanish reading voice as soon as it is installed; the built-in Latin American voice is always one choice away under HELP & OPTIONS → Preferences → Audio & Voice Settings.

What it does not change. The words. FlashBoss teaches Latin American Spanish, and the voice does not swap the vocabulary: you learn carro and computadora, read in a Spanish accent, and the study notes give the word Spain uses, such as coche and ordenador. The lessons also cover vosotros, the plural "you" used only in Spain.
