Dozens of species, each with their own hours, habits, and little behaviors to document in your notebook. Nothing demands anything from you. That's the point.

WinMon puts a workforce on your screen and lets you decide how far to push it. Feed your squishy little monsters, assign them jobs, build the machines, and watch production climb. Keep them fed and working long enough and they evolve — bigger, rarer, and considerably less cute. There is no HR department in this one.
