Two Polish games about walking into ruins that outlived their makers.
In Peripeteia, the ruin is a dead empire: brutalist towers, rusted machinery, a cybernetic mercenary picking through the wreckage of an alternate-history Poland. Sneak it, shoot it, climb where you shouldn't.
In Bonehold, the ruin is older and hungrier: an ancient fortress of skeletons, ghosts and cursed treasure, crawled King's Field style: first-person, deliberate, dead around every corner.
Concrete or castle stone, the walls here weren't built for you – and they don't want you leaving. Made a few hundred kilometers apart, by people who'd rather build strange than build safe.
