Om denna samling

The Blood Mage and The Blood Mage 2 are both Magic Tower Likes. Magic Tower Like (or sometimes called Fixed Value Strategy) is a genre which disguises itself as an RPG while actually being a puzzle game. The combat system is completely deterministic, absolutely no randomness involved, and everything becomes a resource in these games which you need to use to your advantage. It's not unusual to restart more than once.

Usually Magic Tower Likes are from a top down perspective with only a few exceptions. The Blood Mage & The Blood Mage 2 both offer a rare experience as first person Magic Tower Likes.

The Blood Mage and The Blood Mage 2 offer two different sets of spells to keep things fresh. The Blood Mage 2 comes with much better graphics and is overall a bit longer.
